📦 Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as you received it

    • In its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

🔁 Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size or color (if available).

  • To start an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
